Question? Can you refill my printer cartridge?
Answer: We only sell cartridges that have been put through and have passed extensive testing procedures.  We carry refilled cartridges for most copiers, Fax machines and printers available. We carry refilled black and color cartridges.

Question? Is there any way that using a refilled cartridge can harm my printer?
Answer: We offer a 100% guarantee which is why we are so confident that there is no risk to your printer in using our refilled cartridges.  

Question? Is the quality of print from your refilled cartridge as good as using brand new cartridge?
Answer: Yes! To make sure, our inks are specially formulated to match specific printers and meet high quality standards. Whether printing in black or full color, the results from our products are crisp and bright.

Question? How does using a refilled cartridge at the Ink Store, Inc. differ from using a "refill kit?"
Answer: Many of our happiest customers are ones that used to use a "refill kit". They now choose to use the Ink Store, Inc. so they don't have to clean up the mess. They also know that we only carry the best refilled cartridges available that have been put through multiple testing procedures, which means that it's going to work every time guaranteed.  Refill kits use one ink for all cartridges, that's why they seldom work.

Question? How often can I refill my cartridge?
Answer: It depends on the type of cartridge, but the Ink Store, Inc. only sells a cartridge that has been refilled one time. This insures a higher quality cartridge.

Question? Can I have my color, fax or photocopier cartridges refilled?
Answer: The Ink Store, Inc. carries most types most commonly used and a few specialty cartridges, including cartridges for fax machines, laser printers and most copiers.

Question? Do refilled and compatible cartridges last as long as the originals?
Answer: Yes.  Lab technicians refill the cartridges to the same capacity as the genuine cartridges. Remember that the yield of a cartridge is dictated by the amount of printing on a page and printer settings.

 Question? When I use a refilled cartridge, am I helping the environment?
